This webshop was created by the students of the Graphic Design 2 course at KISP Oudenaarde and their teacher.

The proceeds from sales go, after deducting incurred costs, entirely to De Warmste Week by Studio Brussel.

For items where it is stated that 100% of the sales amount goes to De Warmste Week, the costs are fully borne by the student or teacher.

The webshop costs are also fully borne by us.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving reasons, in accordance with legal provisions regarding consumer protection.

The full proceeds from this webshop will be irrevocably transferred on December 10, 2025. For organizational reasons, however, the ordered items can only be delivered later.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal within the specified period, we commit to refunding the purchase amount to the consumer or exchanging the item. Because the donation to the charity cannot be reclaimed, we will cover this at our own expense.

We ask our customers to take this into account and only order if they are convinced of their purchase and wish to support the underlying charity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer can notify us of their decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods through our contact form.
